Helene graduated in Architecture with honours in 1996 at the school of ARCHITECTURE in Versailles, France, completed one year at the University of Illinois in Chicago, obtained a degree in construction law at the university of Pantheon-Assas (Paris), and one in Historical garden preservation in Nice.
Early works in at boutique architecture studios exposed Helene to historical buildings preservation in Chicago and renovation & expansions of “Hotels Particuliers” in Chatou area (France).
Participating for 3 years in the fury of competitions teams at lager firms in Paris, Helene was part of Architecture Studio team winning the Olympic games village in Athens (Greece) for 2002.
Living with her family in Bangkok (2001 to 2004) then Shanghai (2004 to 2016), Helene learned to integrate Asian Architectural concepts in her design, including Feng-shui and Asian folklores.
Early works in Asia included a Thai restaurant in Bangkok, a wooden beach house on Koh Samui Island (Thailand), and a 3000 sm2 R&D Building for L’Oreal in Shanghai.
Helene then developed a passion and reputation in “work with colours”, following the growth of her clients through repeated works in housing or office spaces designs.
In Shanghai Helene obtained a degree in “Ikebana”, the exquisite Japanese art of Flowers arrangement, a continuity in her passion for nature, that always interact with her projects, as inside need to be related with outside and vice-versa.
Outside Architecture works Helene c0-created and co-managed 4 French-Chinese bilingual kindergarten/primary schools still existing today.
The rich multi-cultural experience in education with culture-shock in China is revealed in the book “dessine moi 1, 2, 3 écoles”, published in 2016 and dedicated to all parents in the world who create and run schools.
Helene put her passion in equitation at works in 2013 when co-setting up the exhibition of French Painter Hubert de Watrigant in downtown Shanghai
After a family road trip of 3 months in 2016 from Shanghai- China to France, through Mongolia, Russia, the Baltic states and Eastern Europe...
Helene has now settled in Sao Paulo (Brazil).
2017 latest project is a construction dossier for horse stables in the south west of France.
Helene’s multicultural experience and international profile was built through education, life, and works across Europe, Asia and the Americas...
Her favorite mottos are “There is no “little” project” and “at any problem, there is always an (aesthetic) solution”
